Maybe damn stupid questions

project : cybermanager

How to upload files in the upload folder ? The classic
scp doesnt run (permission denied)

Same question for the project homepage
freesof.../cybermanager ? Do I have to use a different
path or the site is included in a special upload folder ?

I try rsync and scp
