I was supposed to get information on how-to manage a project on savannah,
would you please help me to finish the registration of the following project.

I tried twice and the second time it says 'project already submitted'

The Voambolana (pronounce VOUM-BOO-LUH-NUH) is an on-line dictionary.
It has a search button, then gets the requested word and translates it into a targeted language, using a SAX parser. It then displays the information to an HTML page using an XSL Transformer.
