I just created a project, and saw the link to the 
project homepage: www.freesoftware.fsf.org/PRiMe/. 

Clicking on that gives me the "You are not authorized 
to view this page" page, which I assume is because 
their is no default index page.

I couldn't figure out how to update the project 
homepage, though. Where do I upload files for the 
project web site?
