howdy.

my project is basically a web based front end to a database written in perl.
it is written in a modular format. currently there are 3 modules. one is a
user module which allows for authentication and basic storage of user
information. the second is a reference manager which stores references and
exports them in .bib format for LaTeX. The third is a filestorage module. This
can be used in conjunction with the reference manager to attach the actual
references to the files. The filestorage module can also be used to store
files in a more relational fashion, allowing the user the group them in
several different ways using lists.

my project exsists, and is partially hosted on sourceforge. a current test
intall is located here:

to access you will need to login with admin and password happy. feel free to
create an account and add or delete items.
