The problem has been finally solved.

No. That new address you've just found should stop working
once a problem we are currently facing with the webserver
is solved. The problem is due to the transition made
yesterday to a new machine, which has caused problems with
the set up for www.fsfeurope.fsf.org. I hope this gets
solved soon.
