The general answers at this point are:
- no, having an account on savannah is not sufficient, you can't upload
to our ftp site from there
- the maintainer can get content onto our ftp site in two ways. Either
- put the package somewhere accessible, by web or ftp, and then tell
the address@hidden address to upload it. If they need a spot to
park the package, alpha.gnu.org/incoming/ works via anonymous ftp.
- or, get access to gnudist.gnu.org (which rsyncs to ftp.gnu.org). If
they have a savannah account, it is just a matter of address@hidden
adding their ssh magic to another list. Write to address@hidden
about this.
