This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Properly documenting the Second Extended File System, and in the future extend 
this documentation to Ext3 and other existing variants.

The project will consist of a set of documentation files, available in various 
formats, explaining the meta-data layout as well as how the software should 
interpret the values.  The work will be based on my earlier work which is 
located at http://uuu.sourceforge.net/docs/ext2.php
