Hi,
Please register your project again with a more detailed technical description
(half a page will do). And since you still have no source code to show, I
suggest that you do not apply for the GNU project yet; unless you happen to be
an experienced GNU project programmer or you have a very innovative idea, in
which case it would be better to talk to the FSF directly.
