        Hi,

        Could you please submit the project again with a more detailed
technical description (half a page will do) ? Also it would help if you
provide information about when it was approved for inclusion in the GNU
project. If it was not approved for inclusion in the GNU project, it would
be better if the GNU prefix is not used since it is likely to confuse 
people.
