If I'm not mistaking, your question is about PHPGroupWare,
not about the savannah hosting facilities.
You should write to the PHPGroupWare mailing-list.
Take a look at

Hi,
I have already install the PHPGroupWare and use it.
But, I need to create an application to follow user
who learns some cours online on my intranet site.
So, I'd like to know if there is a project which could
be help me in this way.
In fact, I don't want buy a big platform
like "WebCity" which makes a lot of think because I
just need to log my student if they really read the E-
Learning course. My idea is to use the user from the
PHPGroupWare to login and create some links to my
ELearning course and between each chapter I could
write somewhere in a file or better, in a DB that the
user read this chapter.
If you have some idea, thanks to help me.
