        Hi,

        Unless I'm mistaken the current distribution does not contain copyright
and licenses notices in the files. Could you please fix this and submit your
project again when it's done ? Without a copyright and license notice, the
license status of each file is unclear. I also note that there are a lot
of data files. Are these files under the GNU GPL too ? If yes, who is the
copyright holder ?
