A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Pablo Ruiz Múzquiz <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: fdl
Other License:
Package: Alqua
System name: alqua
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
alqua aims at
* The production under a peer model of excellent quality
scientific content to be distributed under a free
license.
* Connecting and extending the current technological means
for digital content generation, storage, processing,
broadcasting and peer review.
* Helping, in the context of education, move the focus from
content reproduction to content understanding.
The way knowledge is socially created, distributed and
criticized should leverage IT to become more plural, and
accesible to everyone.
It already exists and you can see it at http://alqua.com
