Hi,
It is not enough to write
 "Released under the terms of the GNU GPL, see file COPYING for more details."
at the top of your source files.

You should include the complete, 3 paragraph, copying permission statement, as
explained in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

Could you please do those changes and when you are done register your project
again? thank you for your understanding.
