This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Reasons why project exists:
There is too much good editors in unix /linux environment, but almost no good 
tools taking care of project management. The goal of this project is to create 
powerful service that allows programmers to maintain their work more easily and 
effectively. Emphases on easiness of integration with most popular editors and 
services, i.e. client server model, optionally web interface end etc…
Currently I’m working on it at Networks Laboratory of Technion ( I.I.T.)
