I don't know. You normaly have write permissions to any dirs
in your /upload/$project dir.
As far I know, the behaviour of permissions is strange (ie
you can create files but not remove them - there a support
request open about this).

BTW, the files you wanted to upload seems there and the
unwanted ones not.

Do you think that can be a permissions problem? For 
example, do I have write permissions to the 
gtktalog/old/archives directory?
