Hi,

The following project was submitted to Savannah. It needs evaluation to
become a GNU package, can you give it a look, please ?

Submitter: <address@hidden>
Project Full Name: Papagayo
Project System Name: papagayo
License: gpl
Approval URL: https://savannah.gnu.org/admin/groupedit.php?group_id=2167
Description: The "Papagayo" project does a "Super Portal in a
Box"

The origin of this project comes from the need of the "Costa Rica Country
Gateway" to have a software application that can automate the
installation, configuration and administration of the "Super Portal"

The "Super Portal" is a site for Societies, that includes at least
the following features:

Operating System, DNS Management, Webserver, Email system, Mailing list,
Digital Signature and evoting, Instant Messaging, Content Management System and
other applications.

After several comunications exchanges with Richard Stallman he offered his
support to the project and commented about savannah. RMS is on the board of
costarricense.com, the first site that will use the software, and an virtual
identity universalization project.

For detailed information please check:

The free software version does not exist yet but we are working on it.
