Description:
Overall project management system, will be an integration of collection of 
tools to help mostly software oriented project to be done.
For that we shall have: 
* An issue tracking system. Issue will be requirements, tasks, and bugs * A 
workflow management tool
* A resources management tool
* A planing management utility
* A document management tools
* A configuration mangement system
* A custumers relation tracking tools

The project is in a very early stage and at now they is no code writen.

The only part of specification finish is the free software status of the 
project. I mean this project is free software, it shall use free software and 
it shall be full functional on a completely free software environment.
