Yes, I understand this, but I can't get ssh debug output
from the command I was attemping to use:
$ cvs -z3 -dsubversions:/cvsroot/jwhois/ co jwhois

Permission denied.
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult
above messages if any)
It's not prompting for RSA password, is it possible to
confirm the key is in authorized_keys ?

Hum, what is the command line you type?
You cant login the savannah box with your ssh account. You can only do some
particular things as scp/rsync/cvs. Aren't you try to get a shell?
