In order for your program to be Free Software released under the
GNU GPL, you should include the GNU GPL itself and follow the instructions
that are included in the GNU GPL itself (at the end) to apply it to each
file. Could you do that and submit your project again when you're done ?
In addition please note that Savannah cannot host GIF files. You need
to remove or convert them to PNG or JPG.
As a side note we would like you to know that PHP4 has license
restrictions that are not found in PHP3. For this reason we encourage
you to boycott PHP4 and support PHP3. This is *not* a requirement for
hosting your project on Savannah but an important point nevertheless.
