Steve Hall <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Cream for Vim
System name: cream
Type: 2

Description:
Cream configures the famous Vim text editor for those of us familiar
with Apple or Windows software interfaces. For both Linux and Windows
platforms, Cream has intuitive menus, keyboard shortcuts and extensive
editing functions so that it is simple to use yet very powerful.

Cream uses the Vim\'s own extensibility to improve editing behavior;
there are no customizations to Vim itself. All the code is in Vim
script language so there is no source code to compile or binary to
install.

The goal of the project is to seemingly (and seamlessly) maintain
Vim\'s \"insertmode\" while still providing keyboard shortcut and menu
access to Vim\'s full functionality. Cream also has numerous custom
extensions beyond Vim which satisfy most editing needs. The project
continues to develop and grow at a steady pace and has regular monthly
updates. You can view the current project page at http://cream.sourceforge.net.

Other Software Required:
Requires only Vim (http://www.vim.org).
