I think we should deal with this by ourselves. We accepted this
project, we should handle troubles with them.


1) This is the description submitted while the project has been
   registered.  

"mldonkey is a new client to access the eDonkey network. It is written
in Objective-Caml, and comes with its own GTK GUI, an HTTP interface
and a telnet interface. "

   This license was the GNU GPL. Normally, the source code has been
   reviewed  - license stuff was probably correctly inserted.

2) If I take a look to the repository
   http://sv.gnu.org/cvs/?group=mldonkey in the readme.txt file, there
   is a list of dependancies. Apparently nothing proprietary is
   required.

3) In developers.txt, there's help about installing the software from
   the source. Nothing proprietary seems required. Just the sources.

This is right, I do not see any source code in their download area.
