[Savannah-hackers] can't submit a savannah bug report

Starting from here:
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=addbug&group_id=11
I cannot select a bug group, my only choice is "None".

When I follow "Submit" I get to this page:
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php
Which displays this error:
Error - No Group Chosen

   No group was chosen ($group or $group_id).


Please let me know when it's fixed or if I have to fix something at my
end ... I have a bug to report in Savannah.
