Description:
libconf is an perl module that ease the reading, editing and writing of 
configuration tools. It provides a uniform and easy to use API.

It is written in perl, but will have connection with at least C, guile, and 
maybe python. The structure of the configuration file is now in perl, but will 
have transformation mechanism with xml and maybe other standards.

It already exists, even if alpha stage and you can download the latest 
distribution at http://damz.net/theme1/libconf.html


PLEASE READ : this project has been already submitted by vbl. But vbl is my old 
account, I made a mistake using it, cause the mail is not correct anymore, so I 
won\'t be able to answer the submission. I apologize for this. This submission
