Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

In order to release your project under the GPL you
should include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt copy it, for
instance, into a file named COPYING).

Also, notice that the copying permission statement in your
program (sqawk) has an old address of the FSF:

# You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
# along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software
# Foundation, Inc., 675 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA.

Plese updated to the new address, which you find in the URL above,
and when your are done doing those changes please resubmit your project.
