I updated the configuration. Now we use normally savannah.nongnu.org
by default, instead of nongnu.org

general  : savannah.nongnu.org 
(aliases) sv.nongnu.org nongnu.org freesoftware.fsf.org 
webpages : www.nongnu.org
(aliases) www.freesoftware.fsf.org
