Description: MetaNews is a kind of news server.
MetaNews isn't another news server like INN because it doesn't store any 
articles only makes links on them.
MetaNews automatically search, since a free news server, other free news 
servers. These servers are all referenced with their groups and articles. Then, 
it is possible for a user to acces this different groups from different servers 
as if it was only one news server.
MetaNews is a distributed application, you can either run it on a strong 
machine or on several little machines.
It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at 
http://www.eudil.fr/metanews/
