Normally it should be at the bottom of
http://savannah.nongnu.org/project/admin/?group=rdiff-backup

But I have just seen that for non-GNU group, the information
is missing. 

I'm going ot fix that.

In the meantime, this tarball url is in the form
http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs.backups/project_name.tar.gz

Thanks for your response.  I don't see it the Nightly CVS
thing.  Sorry if I am being blind, but I did look a couple
times.  And is there any way to get the bug tracking
information, patches, etc?  I suppose these are less
important - I would be satisfied with the CVS tarball you
mentioned.
