Nothing works as it works for others users. For instance, the command
passwd does not work.

I completely recreated a account called proski2, etc etc..
Now the account proski works as expected with command such as passwd.

Can you try with proski? If it does not work, please copy/paste full
error message, with a `date` (easier to browse logs).
