Hi
~ I was looking to join just do GNU
I wrote the proj admin and did not get a reply
It seems the proj is not active and has no updates
since it was registered in Jun of 2001.
I am on the gnu-eval team. I have been working with GNU/Linux for about
nine years now.
In the last five years, my company ported its main line software to run
on GNU/Linux and
have also begun in the last year to swap out net-worked terminals for
dell workstations running
GNU/Linux. I was part of that project for a while. I had worked with the
users moving over to
the new stations and have some ideas for this.
I would like to have registered a project called Using the GNU operating
system.
Use my experiences of moving from various platforms over to finally
being a fultime
UNIX user and eventually resting on the GNU os. That , plus my experiece
with new
users.
Basically , I did not want to step on any toes and add a new similar
project with checking
if this may just be in lull. Do you have any advice ?
cheers
Donny
