This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Alexander Kellett <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: other
Other License: the main code is GPL and
the FDL is used for the data
files and small scripts
Package: Talen Vocabulary Trainer
System name: talen
Type: non-GNU
Description:
My project is a simple language tutoring program
that currently specializes in vocab training but
may later be extended to much more.
The project is called Talen, from the dutch word
for languages, and currently includes only dutch
vocabulary files but may soon also include french
and spanish. As soon as the author starts learning
those languages in any case :)
It has a quite an unusually minimalistic user
interface using only 3 keys on the keyboard (,./)
and has no GUI interface currently. It is probably
optimised for hacker usage in fact :)
The tarball for the project has already been sent
as an attachment to address@hidden
Other Software Required:
Requires (as its written in) python.
