Messages about projects being accepted are generated by RMS and sent
to address@hidden

address@hidden never accepts/rejects projects, we just advice RMS.

RMS (in an email thread in savannah-hackers) proposed to have
savannah-hackers receive copies of messages sent to new-gnu, so you
should receive notifications of accepted projects, but there are no
notifications of rejected projects.

RT is the name of the package, and yes it could be considered a
"normal ticketing system". address@hidden and others are using it
now.
