Would you mind take a look at this issue. This mailing list is
http://mail.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/nrdo-list

I checked the subscribing configuration for the list, and found no
strange settings (confirm mail, no need moderator's approval).

I tried to register and, this far, got no confirmation mail.
