I want import the existing CVSROOT of my project 
inside /cvsroot/tsp at savannah.nongnu.org, in order 
to get my history and versions.

It's the same thing as describe in the request [ 
Support Request #100178 can I upload an entire CVS 
repository? ]

But I got no url to put the tar of my CVSROOT. Could I 
mail it to someone ???
