I could not figure out whether mplayer
is really free software or not. According to Debian's site
(http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/unable-to-package)
there are some license and patent issues that prevent mplayer from being
icluded into Debian.
Does anybody know the legal situation of mplayer?
