Hi, 

I was unable to attach an existing mailing to 'spanish'
project. My project only has two options in administration
-> mailing lists:

-Add Mailing List (for new lists)
-Administrate/Update lists (if there is any)

How can I enable the "attach mailing list" option?

I think you can attach a list with another name :

go to administration : mailing list -> attach a mailing list.

It will ask you to type the mailing-list name plus
administrative passwd.
