Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Could you please resubmit your project again with a
detailed technical description? (including requirements: programming
languages, external libraries, etc).
Half a page will do.

Apparently, Graphviz is proprietary software. At freshmeat.net, it's
described as "free distributable" (which means not free as in
freedom) and their own page
http://www.research.att.com/sw/tools/graphviz/license/ leads me to the
same conclusion.

So even though your project is Free Software it cannot be hosted
with a dependancy to Graphviz.

We only host projects that can run in a free operating
system (such as Debian GNU/Linux) without addition of proprietary
software (even freeware). We do not want to encourage users of those
systems to start using proprietary operating systems.

If you can get rid of this dependancy then please register your
project once more with the changes mentioned above. The way we handle
pending projects makes it difficult to keep track of projects that
have been answered but have not been approved yet, so we erase them
and we ask you to register the project again every time some change
has to be done to the registration, and users might have to register
their projects several times. Thank you for your understanding.

Some users find it useful to use the big re-registration URL provided in
the acknowledgment e-mail you received after registration.

Thanks for your understanding.
Regards,
