Description:
This project will be the home of the phpGroupWare API. The phpGW API is the 
core of the phpGroupWare project, and as such requires special permissions from 
the project leaders to commit to the cvs tree. This project will be the 
solution for controlling that access.

phpGroupWare is a GNU project. This is just needed for more easy management of 
the CVS write access for the API.
