Description:
Mantra is a free system to handle mass communications on a organization in an 
efficient and safe way. In technical words, it\'s a web based Usenet client 
which uses a PostgreSQL Database to store a copy of the News spool than can be 
accessed concurrently by several users.

Nice features:
* Free Software (GPL Licence)
* Export of articles to XML/RSS/RDF format (by user) for synchronous remote 
reading

It is being wrote in PHP and uses PHPLib.
