This project conforms to rfc-1738

The library is usable for development of
software, that use URL for Identification
of resources, like web-servers, content
servers, proxies, clients etc.

The URL types supported in version 1.x
are ftp,http,gopher,mailto,news,nntp,
telnet,wais,file,prospero,https

The project is being developed for C on
Unix environment. Which will be further
supported in C++.
