[Savannah-hackers] 'Xcvs server' error

Hello, I am having the same problem Andreas Schwab is having.
Yesterday I started getting it when i try to commit. I can checkout fine 
but I cannot commit. I have confirmed that other users are getting the 
error too but some are actually able to commit despite the error. I 
however cannot (I even upgraded cvs to 1.11.5). Let me know if I can 
help in any way to resolve this issue. Please cc me on any replies tho, 
I am not a subscriber to this list.
