[Savannah-hackers] anoncvs access is currently broken

Hi,

It seems like there is a permission problem in the directory which cvs 
uses for temporary operations.  Trying to do a checkout anonymously for 
*any* savannah project results in:

can't create temporary directory /mnt/ramfs/cvs-servXXXXX
Permission denied

Please fix this.
