Hum, maybe it can be related to the mode and ownership of the files in 
your ~/.ssh. 
I'm not sure but it's perfectly possible that key word-readable will be 
threated by ssh as invalid.

I copy/pasted the key, so i highly doubt there are missing
letters.  How bout this...i'll rm -r .ssh/, and make another
key, and copy/paste it again, and we'll see what that does.
 Cause my home dir on this computer is a copied version from
another computer, and it's possible that i have old files in
there that shouldnt be in there anymore.  Thanks for the
help so far, i'm sure we'll figure it out sooner or later.
