Am I correct if I say the GNU hasn't got a list like that yet?

Yes I could, but he said in het submition: "There is currently no work
done, and AFAICS the translated documentation would also have to
fall under the same license."
The original document is under the Creative Common
Attribution-ShareAlike license.
I do not know what I should answer if he asks if this is "legal":
distributing the translation under a different license.
I could not make it up from your response :)
