I looked at the sources and saw the following problem.  I asked you
to add the copyright headers and permission to copy statements, but
you copied them from some older file somebody else made in your
project.

The new code has the copyright line of that person.  So legally it's
his code now.   You should add your name to the line if you modified
the file.  If you wrote that file you should put your name and not
somebody elses name. Also you should update the date.  If you wrote
those files last year put last years year date.  If you wrote them
this year put this year date.

Or didn't you write those files?  If that person wrote all the files,
then it's correct.

Please update your files concerning this point too...

For some reason the project was set to incomplete. It is fixed now,
please reregister.
