[Savannah-hackers] Error to create a mailing list on savanah.nongnu.org

Hi Rudy, 

I would like to create a new mailing list for my project 'gcontacts',
but i can't because the web site tells me that there is an error.

The error is "Unable to open remote file, try again later."

Is there a bug on this page ?
