Description:
The small software for transmission multicast/rtp, with simple code and good 
documentation.  It has as objective academic, to show to the functioning and 
advantages of the form of transmission in multicast.  Software will be written 
in C++ to facilitate its understanding, and initially already transmitting to 
mpeg.

gcc, glib and libstdc
