[Savannah-hackers] Changing a project from non-GNU to GNU

Hi,

we want to change the status of the guile-gtk project at

    http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/guile-gtk/

(which is currently a non-GNU project) to that of a GNU project.

What is the procedure for making this change?

RMS has asked me to turn guile-gtk into a GNU project and I'll do my
best to comply with all requirements (like having the contributors
sign the papers, making sure that there are proper copyright notices
in the files, etc).
