I tried and had no problem to find the submit news. Can 
you provide more information on how to reproduce this 
behavior?

today I tried to submit a news on my project homepage.

but it doesn't work. i am redirected to the "search for

a project, person, other form".

i don't know if you wrote some advice on your main

page, but why does it happen?
