In fact, project admin can already damage a project but cannot remove 
information submitted by other persons than themselves. 
It already happened here that some project admins was no longer in 
good terms with the others admins of the same project. 
 
CVS allows you to remove revisions but not files (they go in attic). 
 
In case of illegal content, it would be to us to handle it, not the project 
admins. 
 
Aside from that, I removed the offending comment from your bug report.
