This can be red when you choose the options for the license : "

nc Noncommercial:



The licensor permits others to copy, distribute, display,

and perform the work. In return, licensees may not use the

work for commercial purposes -- unless they get the

licensor's permission. "



So I think you are not allowed to make commercial 

redistribution of software

I'm not sure to clearly understand whether you can legally   
sell software under that license name?   
   
Most of the content seems pretty similar to the GPL  but  
there is still a subtitle "Attribution-NonCommercial 1.0". 
Do I miss a paragraph which disallow commercial 
redistribution of software this license?
